The September Birthdays!

                             

My birthday is in September along with both my Michelle's! 

Michelle K's is first then mine and then Michelle V's!!

My friend, Rosanne surprised me with a fun outing… 

We went horseback riding at the R & R ranch!

It was a bit of a chilly day but we made it up onto our horses. 

I can't remember their names but i can remember
that mine was a bit stubborn. 

We made it to the top of the hill and it was so pretty
and to think this place is just the other side of Mt Washington
in Pittsburgh..

So we tried and tried to get them to gallop but in the end…
they did just what they wanted to do.

It was a blast though to be back on a horse but my guy
didn't want to come back down the hill. He took a lot of
"encouragement"!!  

They had a lot of horses to choose from! 

Back in the car…  Rosanne even had cake with a candle on it! 

Later that night…  was dinner at Burgatory to celebrate.
The bison was terrific!

Some people are really into celebrating!!

Two days later was this Michelle's birthday-- early in the morning…before work.

 When I got my car fixed… I took a drive into the country in Apollo and found this!  VERY COOL!

That night was baseball… one of Isaac's games!

 So while Isaac is batting we are having a mini-party!

Becca came for the picnic, too…

and a couple of presents!

Loves all around!

Then on the weekend we had the whole family party.
With bouncy and cardboard house! 

Perfect weather…

 All set for everyone to arrive!!! 

Even Barney is ready and waiting for everyone on the porch.
He looks so happy!  He always loved having everyone around
dropping food for him!!

Having fun…

 and more fun!

And finally the food! 

These two are always ready with smiles! 

These two are too… when they don't have a mouth full.  ha!

Somebody is missing in the picture….  Bruce had already returned to Kigali where i will be heading soon… This picture is hysterical…  Wish I knew what was going on
with Michelle's plate!  There must be a story.

These are our kids!  All of them…..We are so blessed
to have our own kids and the ones they married!

Thank you "in-law parents" for raising such great mates
for our kids!   We'd been praying for them all for many years
and then one day….they were part of the family!

Thanks for allowing us to be a part of your families, too!

Birthdays are fun… no matter how old you are!!
As long as you can celebrate with those you love!
